Preparation Requirements
To ensure a smooth installation and the best possible display, please review the following preparation guidelines:

Lawns must be freshly mowed prior to installation. A $40 cleaning fee will apply if signs are placed in grass that has been mowed around.

If possible, please inform someone at the home or installation location that we will be setting up.

All pets must be secured indoors or within a fenced area. Loose pets may disrupt setup and compromise the surprise.

Please remove all pet waste from the yard before installation.

During summer months, if there has been no rainfall in the last 7 days, please water the lawn for at least 30 minutes prior to installation to soften the ground.
Delivery & Pickup

Deliveries typically occur between 6pm-8:30pm. Deliveries may occur after dark. Routes are planned based on location and efficiency, so we are unable to provide exact setup times.

Yard cards are removed after 7:00 PM during Daylight Saving Time

During colder months, removals begin after dark

Requests for later pickup times must be made at the time of booking

If you have a large yard, please clearly specify where the sign should be placed. A $50 relocation fee will apply if the display needs to be moved after installation.

Additional rental days are $20 per day, excluding graduation displays, which are full price per day.

We reserve the right to photograph displays for marketing and promotional purposes.

If installation cannot occur due to severe weather, your payment may be transferred to a future date or refunded.

All displays include a small Crystal Clear Yard Cards advertising sign. This sign may not be moved or altered.
Display Policies

For safety reasons, please do not allow anyone to sit, lean, climb, or play on or around the display. Yard cards are not designed to support weight. Crystal Clear Yard Cards is not responsible for injuries or accidents.

Please do not move or rearrange the display after installation.

Balloons may not be attached to any part of the display. Heat and adhesive can permanently damage the signs.

Any damaged, lost, or missing pieces will be billed as follows:

$15 per damaged piece

$30 per replacement piece
-
$50 per XL replacement piece
-

We encourage photos! Please feel free to take pictures and tag us on social media—we love seeing your celebrations.
Refunds/Cancellation/Rescheduling Policies
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

The recipient requests early removal of the display.
-
Animals prevent installation upon arrival.
-
Conditions beyond our control prevent installation (including inaccessible yards or unsafe conditions).
We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel:

You may apply the full amount as a credit toward a future booking (based on availability).
-
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
-
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery will not be refunded.
If you need to reschedule your display:
-
Provide at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled delivery.

Contact us directly via text or phone with your preferred new date.
-
We will confirm availability and update your booking accordingly.
Travel Fees
Our standard service area includes locations within 30 minutes of New Braunfels, TX.

Locations beyond 30 minutes will incur an additional travel fee of $30 per hour, calculated based on GPS estimated travel time under normal driving conditions.
Please note: GPS travel time does not account for traffic delays, accidents, construction, or peak travel congestion, which are common in New Braunfels and surrounding areas.
Travel fees are calculated one-way and will be confirmed prior to installation.
